I need a simple Android app which allows to configure two URLs via a simple UI. It should retrieve a status (green/orange/red) from the first URL and should show a persistent notification as soon as the device starts. This notification should show up as a round dot in the notification bar (in green/orange/red). It should provide two buttons for setting the other both status (green = available, orange = busy, red = offline). The status is set via the second URL. The status should be set immediately and without opening the app - directly from the notifications. The application should run on any Android version starting from Android 5.
