I need a Bubble developet to help complete my sleep diary app

I want to develop a sleep diary app that patients in my sleep clinic will have free access to that they can use to record/monitor their sleep. I have started developing the app in Bubble, as a website. But I want the app to work well on a browser from a phone (since this is where most people will use the app). I have started work on developing the website and the sleep diary in bubble based on a tamplate in bubble. However, I realize that I need help to complete the project. What should the sleep diary contain: The sleep diary should be very simple. There are a number of sleep diary apps available for inspiration. I still want to develop my own, which will be in Norwegian, and which I can give my patients access to. Since there are already many sleep diary apps, it is possible to look at them to understand what I am looking for. The free and open access app called "CBT-I Coach" has a sleep diary function that gives a good picture of what I'm looking for (it's only the sleep diary part of this app that I want to develop). In principle, the app I want to develop only needs to consist of five different pages. 0. Page 0 will be the landing page/webpage for the sleep clinic. I have more or less finished this in Bubble (se screen shot attached). 1. HOME page: When they log in, they get to the home screen. On this page there should be a graphic overview of some of the data the patient has entered in the sleep diary. Specifically, this page will show a graph that indicates how much sleep they've had out of the time they've been in bed each night the past week. The page will also show the average duration of their sleep last week. The page will also have a button that you can press to get to the page to enter a new sleep diary. There should also be a button that they can press to go to a page with a list of previously entered sleep diaries, to change the information there (if they have recorded something wrong). 2. The page to enter a new sleep diary. On this page, patients must enter a new sleep diary entry. Here they will be asked approx. 10 questions, about what time they went to sleep yesterday, how long it took to fall asleep, how many times they woke up during the night, how long they were awake during the night, when they woke up in the morning, and when they got up up and left the bed. Patients must fill in this information every day. So when they have answered these questions they should click a "submit" button, and return to the home screen. 3. The page to change previously listed sleep diary. The third page should be a page where patients can go back and change previously entered sleep diaries. Here they will get a list of all the sleep diaries they have entered. By clicking on a specific day, a window will appear where they can change the sleep diary they have entered. 4. The fourth page should be a simple contact page. This will contain information on how they can contact the sleep clinic if they need more help.
