Laravel - Flutter App, features add -- 2

I have a Flutter app with Laravel admin, and I want someone to add these features : 1 - Backend and Apps 2 Language Arabic and English In the backend, we need to add the products and vendors name, Categories, subcategory, City, Vendor category, Area, etc. ... in 2 Language Arabic and English, and the app must show the products and vendors name, Categories, subcategory, City, Vendor category, Area, etc. in the selected app language (Arabic and English). Note: Laravel admin and mobile already have a Multilanguage but the products and category, ... etc., only listing in one language, the multi-language now is just for the UI. 2 - Live Tracking map functionality Live Tracking map functionality will be for user app and admin app to track the delivery boy, also this will be linked with the order status with track delivery boy button, Also the Delivery boy can see if the user changes their location (by admin option). (Admin Can track delivery boy from app or from the web admin) 3 - Order Accept Progress Now the admin and vendors can accept the order and assign it to the delivery boy, we need an option to give a selected Delivery Boy (like verified Delivery Boy) to accept the order from their app. Now Vendors can assign the order for Delivery Boy by default, we need to make it optionally by admin to allow the selected vendors to assign the order for their delivery boy. 4 - Front End Web Store Now the store only in the mobile app, we need to link it with the web store 5 - Store Option Add an option for the vendors to make their store in busy mode with a check box and by order limit (like 10 orders), that allows them to finish their orders before getting new orders, and this will show in the front end for the user with a badge on the vendor image and with a custom message on click (this store is busy now, you can back within 30 min). (Multiply order. With extra fixed charge - up to 3 stores)
