Android App - open to bidding

I need someone to create a simple application that will consist of a one main screen with a large keypad where the user inputs six 2-digit numbers (for example....(23 50 31 05 34 48). The user then presses a "SAVE" button and these six numbers are sent via bluetooth to a "Brothers Bluetooth wireless thermal printer". Lets quickly walk through the [login to view URL] attached.... The first set of 2-digit numbers is active and ready for input. All other numbers are inactive and grayed out. The top row is number sets 1, 2 and 3. The bottom row is number sets 4, 5, and 6. Once all six numbers are input into the screen, the SAVE button becomes active and turns green from a grayed-out state. Upon submission, the button will have an alert box prompting "Are you sure you want to Save?" with two buttons, "cancel" and "Save". If saved, the six sets of numbers print to the bluetooth printer. If cancelled the user is sent back to make changes. The X button on the screen deletes the numbers one at a time in the order they were input.
