We have to install last CPanel version into a CentOS 7 instance (served by Amazon Web Services - E2C). It looks it's not as simple as installing on ordinary servers due to AWS Network issues. We need someone with experience on CPanel and WHM, to do this work and to drive us through the CPanel licensing process. As a part of this job, we expect to have the mailserver working properly (besides CPanel and WHM), so we can have two milestones: - CPanel + WHM working - Mailserver working

I can install cPanel/WHM on your server along with working webmail. I don't know why you think webmail will be an issue is there any difficulty you are facing on server? You need to buy the licence yourself. I can help you to buy it cheap.
