Online Store Affiliate/Reseller Expert Needed

Dear Freelancers. I am John and I am looking for an expert in affiliate marketing or someone with alot of experience regarding online sales and or affiliate strategies (preferable a freelancer with past experience or with an existing online webshop for dropshipping in Europe). We are selling legal pharma based products to customers in Europe with an certificate and with several payment providers with which we have contracts with. Our costumers are 60% coming from on-site and off-site SEO techniques which we've implemented in the site. Our other 40% of costumers are coming through targeted email campagnes which we set up weekly to reach out to them. Currently we are looking at new possibilities including additional opportunities with conversions to our website through resellers, affiliate experts, various off-site guest posts or anything related to this. We are looking for someone who knows a lot about this and wants to do this by means of a (discussable) commission fee. The average order on our website is €70, we want to pay up to 15% commission including your commission. We're also open for an agreement on a monthly payment whenever there are no sales generated but there has been work done. Would you be able to help us set up different campaigns (no google ads/facebook ads account available) and are you able to expend our current running business and open for a long term relationship trying to generate as much sales as possible ?
