Its pretty easy to build a 2d game using 100% Unity UI functionality, which is pretty simple. Just a lot of right clicking > create > image/button/text and then drag and drop SHouldn't take more than a few hours to get you able to at least build your own levels, but programming it will take you a while of googling or I'm more than happy to
