Good PHP coder needed NOW!

I have a social network website that gets around 1500 uniques per day, so it has HUGE potential to succeed. I need a good php coder who can do the following : Minor chnages required : 1. Add a function for me to enable or disable approving feature for questions (currently, admin has to approve) 2. Fix a super minor not being able to access mySQL error (5 minutes) 3. All quizzes should have a box with a direct URL in it so people can share! Bigger changes : 1. Add a subscribe button for each question to get updates when there's a comment to their email (not too long) 2. Allow users to post quizzes as well and put them in quizzes (rename "past quizzes" to "quizzes" (not too long) 3. Questions with most votes should be included in the "top questions" category (add it in) (not too long : just use counters for voting questions and display top) 4. Report function for comments and questions. Hide question or comment at "x" reports. (Let me be able to adjust that) (not too long) 5. In admin account, I want to be able to edit, delete, and move comment to different categories. 6. Add in a mini social networking/user profile feature. Description below : Social network feature : Each user has a page profile page that just displays simple details for now : e.g. latest post, total posts, total votes, total comments, etc. There's another thing I want added in addition this feature. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB : 1. You must have FAST communications 2. You MUST know what you are doing! 3. You must be able to work quickly! With these changes, i expect the website to start taking off.
