bill of material , part drawings anrd raw material required to make part for iso TEU 20 feet containerr

I am looking for a freelancer who can provide me with a bill of materials, part drawings, and raw material requirements to make a part for an ISO TEU 20 feet container. The expected quantity of the part is between 100-500. I do not require assistance with the manufacturing process, but I need the bill of materials and drawings. The preferred file format for the drawings is DWG and 3d drawings. I am looking for a freelancer who has experience in creating bill of materials and part drawings for industrial parts. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating drawings in DWG format as well as 3 d format and should be able to deliver the project in a timely manner.
