SUMMARY We need to build an online numeric bingo/Mexican lottery game just for fun not for money betting. The admin player will scan a QR code to select the layout and bingo type and will define general settings for game, the game dashboard and updates must be reflected in real time into a webpage with a QR code where the local or remote participants can scan it to join to the going game. The game must be able to be played on the browser of every mobile/tablet/pc devices. Please read attached document for complete requirements.
