Hi Mahmoud. Just inviting you to make a start on the UI screen for this mobile app. There are really on 5-6 main screens, but I think we will need to show how each type of question will look like. Basically is will be a cut/paste of the question screen and change the question/answer. Hope your ok with this. I have looked around at some ideas which I will upload for you to be inspired from.
