We're a drone technology company needing assistance to design custom parts for our drones to allow us to add capabilities. The projects will start out small but can grow in to lots of work. We need designs to be created in fusion 360 and handed over for us to CNC or 3D print.

One of our CNC/Router isn't picking up the tools from the tool changer magazine on axis U carriage side. (towards the back of the machine). We are limited to using only 4 tools max at a time from the side tool holder((Rack-type tool changer magazine on machine bed side). Is there a technician in/around Ontario-Canada that has experience with such an issue and can help, specifically on a Masterwood CNC,?

We have a couple of legacy Masterwood CNC's running at suboptimal performance standards. We need a technical resource with in-depth knowledge and understanding of integration of the Hardware with Software .

We need a CNC turning/boring program for an Okuma twin spindle vertical lathe which has a OSP-P300LA controller. A solid model (.stp) of the machined ring is attached. We would like a single program for each of (2) operations. Operation 1 will be to face ring to cleanup and finish turn OD. Operation 2 will be to face ring to thickness and finish bore ID. The attached model is drawn to the middle of the tolerances and we have +/-0.010" on all dimensions. The average starting material size is 7-1/4" OD by 4-1/4" ID by 5" long. I would like to have a custom aluminium pole made by CNC. I require a CAD design in autocad format that i an upload to a shop CNC machine.
