Hello there, I can build you a e-commerce website on either of these platforms - i have owned my own e-shop in both of these platforms (even though i prefer Shopify more). The main question is do you know how the website should look (maybe any examples from your competitors) and what are you going to sell there? Also - I'm willing to match the lowest bid, simply because i want to have a wider portfolio of projects - money isn't a priority now.
