Connect company templates to office 365 licenses

I need help to set our company templates as default for our office 365 team members. I know how to do this locally trough Roaming\Microsoft\Templates. However, I do not want to go trough this manually on their local computer for every teammemeber. It need to be connected to their license (our sharepoint maybe?) so that whenever they open their word, powerpoint, outlook etc (local) clients/software then it would be with our template.
