Theme Modification

Hi, We are looking for someone who could help us to customize the back end login for each member [login to view URL] theme: with [login to view URL] Our organization wants to use this theme to create a directory for all our members/vendors: photographers, makeup artists, filmmakers, producers and so on. Since we do in-house weddings we would like for our couples to log in to upload their info, images. For internal communication between members, we would like to look into something similar to like a basecamp integration (which we are using at the moment for client communication). Members Retail/Office Front end: Visitors need to see boxes, categorized, leading to the vendor's page. Retail: We need this Retail floor plan adapted: [login to view URL] incorporated with woo commerce, so people can click on space and book monthly or hourly. Privileges: after booking hourly for a workshop client can post their "event" on TheArtFactory event calendar. Choose amenities: projector, lunch (extra charge), piano... They can create a profile as a vendor on our portal, which goes away after their workshop is over. Retail Space Booked monthly *monthly * Privileges: They can create a profile as a vendor on our portal. All existing members: They can create a profile as a vendor on our portal. Weddings: Page with boxes listing all our couples first names, date and the stage they've booked. Vendors could click on the couple's page if it is not private. All couples can upload their images, timelines, search our vendor by categories or alphabetically. Vendors Only if they have a studio, or retail space, or pay a fee to list. they can access their account just like on [login to view URL] & upload info and images images, date, vendor category tag, the stage they've booked for their wedding ***Basecamp is a platform we are using at the moment for our communication with members and couples
