10 Page Website (.psd supplied) (REF: CofC - 17 sept 2008)

- 10 Pages need coding from supplied design (10x psd files will be sent - please see attached jpeg for an idea of page layout) - Needs to use CSS for layout and styling - Must not use tables for main layout (happy if they are used for contact form etc) - Must be valid CSS and XHTML - Will contain 4 flash videos - Will contain 1 simple slideshowpro image - The navigation works as shown on the homepage image - when rolled over the text chnages to light blue and the arrow appears above it. This works for each page on the site - There is a contact form on each page (quick contact form as shown on the homepage). On clicking this link it shall slide down similar to the 'investor relations' button on this site: [login to view URL] It will slide back up on clicking again. - All videos supplied a .wmv - some will need the first frame deleting. We will need video controls adding. First screen to be still and as shown. Will need credits adding to each one. - The page is to be centered and the content as static width. Under no circumstances will you use any of this artwork for any other client at any time. 3) This is a white-label project - as such you are not permitted to list our client as your own on websites or as portfolio artwork without our express written consent. 4) You agree to the usage of all submitted material in any future application for illustrative purposes or as examples of previous work. 5) At the end of the project, and subject to receiving final payment from us file / artwork copyright will automatically transfer to our company. ----------------------------------------
