Set up a survey through survey monkey. The recruits are provided a link they can use and/or share with their teammates. Each member enters stats into the survey based on the criteria set up by the coaching staff. This criteria could contain personal information ( name,age,address) physical stats requested ( height/ weight/ shoe size/ reach) academic stats ( if the player is enrolled in school) psychological stats (ever been arrested? Aspirations?)The information gathered can be collected, studied, and analyzed to find the right players for the team. The work behind this would be : to interview the coaches and determine what criteria will be needed to be gathered to provide the best data for the team ; set up the survey through survey monkey website ; determine distribution channels (marketing); determine what specific reporting data can extracted from survey monkey to provide the needed data for the coaches. Survey monkey would be a medium to reach a younger audience of athletes who could use their phones to fill out the needed information and submit the information to be collected and reviewed by the coaches. These submitted surveys become leads to filter through and target selected individuals based on standard or above criteria set by the coaching staff.
