joomla design help and enhancing

We had a programmer working on our new website, based on new joomla version 2.5 instead of the old one we had. But somehow i am not satisfied with the result and need a skilled joomla professional help me finish and optimize the website. Its all about web related services we do, so Web hosting, development design, and more stuff like that, we never say no. All is possible in our (small) business The website not look that bad, but we miss a good portfolio component, SEF must be build in, en css optimized to fit the design. We are currently working on a lot of projects, and even so busy that we got moist of our own websites or projects outsourced on freelancer.com What I don't like is ridiculous bids , specially if you want a lto build a long time relationship with a fst growing buyer on freelancer.com, with 30 + projects now a month , and growing I am looking for company that is creative, and has time and willing to invest in learning particular parts of new module as well, because we are upgrading a lot of our joomla websites to a new level. Means a lot of work coming up.
