I would like to create a simple website that consists of 3/4 pages maximum with content that I have already written. Basic layout will be a homepage, a results page and a contact page with payment links to Paypal on each of them. I will then need some advice with marketing ideas to gain the maximum exposure immediately after launch, which I will pay for seperately. If marketing is a seperate service you can offer, please state in your notes when making a bid, as I would consider paying you to market for me instead of myself paying for each individual marketing idea. I will also need assistance registering the domain name and hosting plan which I have yet to pay for, but the main essence of this project is time. I need this to be done as soon as possible and you will need to be creative enough to make some decisions you feel best in regards to the web design layout as I have very little experience in this area. The website service will run via E-mail. I.e. once a new customer signs up and pays for a weekly/monthly subscription via Paypal, I will send the tips to them via E-mail manually with paper records of the subscription dates, so no membership software is needed.
