I am looking for someone to create a Visual Basic web scraping tool. The program will scrape a specific number of results from Google Books, Google Scholar, Microsoft Academic, Google, Bing and Yahoo. The program should also be able to scrape results from a university search results page. The data returned from each search will need to be stored in a database. The program will need to be very robust. If the project is successful, the developer will be given additional work. More information is given in the attached document - please make sure you read it carefully before bidding. Bids from those who suddenly increase their price, or who want to work outside of Freelancer will be rejected.
