Hi! If you hire me, I would first listen and analyze the problem and think which of these tools/processes if not all, are the indicated. I would edit minutely, to clean every unwanted noise that can be extracted by editing. The process with and equalizer, to cut boomy low and crispy high frequencies. The I would apply one of the best tools for noise reduction, that is Izotope RX, if it's still necessary. I've edited a daily tv show, with a lot of noise issues, that had to be fixed the same day. So, that gave me the training and the expertise. It's necessary to know the duration of the piece, to agree how much time it would take to do it. I'm attaching an example of that tv show I did(it was in spanich), for you to give and idea.

I can do my absolute best to edit the audio with top of the line Izotope Plugins! It will most likely not become perfect, guessing its pretty distorted and weird. But it can definitely get alot better and more natural!
