VBScript Excel string manipulation. Adding to existing working Macro.

Hello, I worked for many years in I.T, and as part of my role I learned VBScript. I left I.T around 6 years ago, and over time I have continued to write scripts to help in my business. Now I am lacking time to write the VBScript, so I am looking for an experienced VBS programmer to help with some changes to an existing VBScript. I am rusty with not using my VBS skills, and I am finding that it is too slow going! I have an existing VBScript for Excel that takes data from an Excel worksheet, and then manipulates the data by removing and sorting columns, and also modifying data in the spreadsheet. The columns are formatted perfectly, and now there is some additional string manipulation needed. Example of string manipulation within For loop - Check each cell in a column, and modify then extract data from address string e.g "123 Example Street, San Roque, 1801, NCR, Philippines, The" Tasks: - Change 'Philippines, The' to 'The Philippines'. i.e If there is ", The" in the string remove ", The" and add "The " in front of country - Extract location with state. e.g in the example above extract location as "San Roque, NCR" - Extract country name and write to a cell Full instructions will be provided once the candidate has been accepted. Some of the VBS functions that you should be familiar with: Left, Right, Replace, InStr, InStrRev I am looking for someone with good experience with writing VBScript macros in Excel, who works quickly and know what they are doing. On selection of the right candidate I will provide the existing XLSM file along with example data to work with.
