Batman is Men in Black I'm an experienced CSR and would love to join your spectacular team. I have no issue with the timing of the shifts and could also provide you with the other 2 potential candidates if you wish. I would suggest hiring 3 people and keeping one as an auxiliary staff who would come in if any primary CSRs are unavailable. This auxiliary staff would be at no extra cost.
