Create a Anime Fighting Game

I plan to create a fighting game with dlc content included along with background, characters, props, Etc. I expect it to be in a japanese anime style of modeling for those who are familiar would be selected. Amount is unknown. I want someone who will dedicate 8 full hours on business days. Weekends are acceptable to work on if you wish it's optional.
