Goal: To get a better understanding of the user friendliness of our services we are in need of an Umbraco form with steps. Requirements: 1. Multilingual The form needs to be available in 4 languages: Dutch, English, French and German. 2. Querystring variable Form needs to be accessible by link with a querystring variable “customerid”. This variable is not shown in the form but will be used to keep track of the answers of every customer. 3. Ratingslider value determines steps The first step of the form has a ratingslider (0-10). The value of this ratingslider will determine the questions in the next steps. Questions and flow of the form can be found in the provided Word documents. 4. Reporting It should be easy to get an overview of the completed forms + possibility to export results
