Translate my Video Scribe to Mandarin and give me a new scribe

We have done numerous video scribes in English. I would like then translated to Mandarin. I will provide existing video scribes, the copy in English and Images. We have used a text to voice generator for the voiceover. You can use the same system to genrate the voice. Or you can use your own human voice over. You will need to change the text to Mandarin (as video scribe does not have mandarin you may have to import images of the text) and also voice over. I would like you to also create the new scribes so that the timing of the voice and images are synchronised. I would like a quote per minute of scribe. Message me and I can show you examples. I have between 35-40 scribes to be done.
