Write some software

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows . I need to select from any scale that my piece needs to be drawn, like 1:25 or 1:50 etc Then I need to build my design of a window or door displaying the correct diamentions of its profile in an elevation drawing. I then need to copy the whole design to drop it on my template. I currently use a program that is quick & easy to use to design the windows, via a drag and drop method but it does not scale the finished drawing. I can supply further sketches to illustrate how this could work for anyone interested.
