Telegram Regular User Chat Scrapping

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Linux . Hi bros, I need you to develop some software for me. I want to make a chat forwarding apps for telegram I would like this software to be developed based on Linux (but Windows preferable) as shown in the attachment. The details from the attachment are : 1. The as is environment is shown in Win2k8 box, meanwhile the expected to be environment is shown in Linux (or Windows) Phyton box; 2. The program does not need an ip public; 3. The reguler telegram user does not ends with bot; 4. The bot telegram ends with bot, in this case we have @Nellabot, @Viavalenobt and @Zaskiagotikbot; 5. The program must scrap data from regular telegram user @umar and can be programmable to read the prefix of the message that @Viavalenbot sends, the prefix for examples are: 0811 forwarded to @Nellabot 0812 forwarded to @Nellabot 0813 forwarded to @Nellabot 0817 forwarded to @Dewipersikbot (does not exist in attachment but lets pretend there is one) 0818 forwarded to @Dewipersikbot (does not exist in attachment but lets pretend there is one) 0819 forwarded to @Dewipersikbot (does not exist in attachment but lets pretend there is one) 6. @Nellabot and @Dewipersikbot (does not exist in attachment but lets pretend there is one) will send reply automatically based on the request correspondingly; 7. The scrapping system from regular telegram user @umar must provide an auditable logs, as follows: Timestamp;prefix;destination bot;answer by destination bot; 8. The program is coded on virtual machine and must be provided by the worker to owner, so that the owner does not have to install any more softwares; Last but not least, I hope the worker can make updates every two days and male final adjustment after the Delivery of the program, this is very inportant to make sure the worker does not runaway after the program delivery Regards
