General description The service aims to extract records of calls generated on the BT platform (MySQL Database) and the REDBOX recorder (Web Services) in order to compare the records and generate reports. Specific requirements Extraction Service: Create a service within the server in order to extract the call logs on the BT and REDBOX platforms. The extraction of records is done by calculating the cycle time by evaluating the final date of the call. Administration and Monitoring Software: This software will allow the configuration of the platform parameters (REDBOX - Web Services and BT - Databases) and execution time of each cycle. These cycles dimension in every 15 minutes. (Time is parameterizable). Monitoring of the data extraction service where you can view the status of each cycle and the status of the extraction of the BT and RedBox platforms. The monitoring software is installed on the server as a Client Server application. The software will perform the extraction that is incomplete in each of the intervals. Crossing Records: A table is created where records crossed by the key IdCall are stored. The records found in REDBOX and BT are displayed.
