HR Module for a Security firm

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using .NET and a portable database: Sqlite. It is only a single HR Module for a Security firm(which is providing security guards to businesses). A few things:- _______________ 1) Once the new guards are coming to join, the firm is taking their Aadhar Card and PAN Card details, and these new guards are having 15 days of time to give their aadhar card and PAN Card to the firm, from their joining date and if they crosses the 15 days of time for this same purpose, then their profiles will be specially marked and will be highlighted to the HR. 2) There are few lead typed persons with the firm, so when any new guard comes to join, he/she joins under these leading persons of the firm. And the HR should have a details of which a lead person having how many guards under him/her and all the details of those guards. And if HR will search for a guard, then also it will show that, that particular guard is under which lead person. 3) When a new guard details are being entered with the system, the Aadhar card and PAN Card details should be perfectly validated with the validation control of the software. 4) All the records should be printable at any point. 5) Report of all records should be generated in different type of charts(pie chart etc) and printable and exportable to excel and pdf formats.
