Hello, I am looking for an Arduino programmer to write a code for my project. The code should do the following: When receiving a specific SMS (eg: 'RelayON') -- but only if the measured voltage < 13.5 V -- the module should give 5V on a pin (eg. Digital pin 7) from Arduino board for a specific amount of time (eg: 5 seconds) - this will close a relay circuit for 5 seconds; after 5 seconds the relay will open the circuit. After 30 seconds since the 'RelayON' command is received the module will check the voltage through the voltage sensor module; - if measured voltage > 13.5 V module will send an SMS ('SYSTEM ON') to the same phone number from 'RelayON' SMS was send - if measured voltage < 13.5 V module will send an SMS ('SYSTEM OFF') to the same phone number from 'RelayON' SMS was send When receiving a specific SMS (eg: 'RelayOFF') the module should give 5V on the same pin (same Digital pin 7) from Arduino board for a specific amount of time ( same 5 seconds), but this should happened only if measured voltage > 13.5 V; if not, the command will do nothing. After 30 minutes since 'SYSTEM ON' sms was send, the module will give 5V on the same pin (same Digital pin 7) from Arduino board for a specific amount of time ( same 5 seconds), but this should happened only if measured voltage > 13.5 V; if not, the command will do nothing. Hardware: Arduino UNO R3, sim800l, LM2596 (power adapter for sim800l, 3.7V), voltage sensor module, relay module
