BANDRU Social media marketing

Someone to scale my student enrollments on a National level and optimize my search engines and also to maintain my social media platforms, and increase traffic and revenue. I am willing to pay, but I need to know I am not dealing with the average company that charges you 10k just for a website and SEO that is horrible and has literally no relevant outcome. Every social media/ digital marketer I meet says they are the best, yet have very little/ marginal results. Please contact me if you have a plan to increase enrollment/ bring more traction to my school for 18+ and for Information Technology training or for corporate partners to come to us to train their employees in cyber security, etc. Please....only companies that have proven results and not just talk. This is a different industry and I don't want the company that tells me I need to beef up my website, as the website does literally nothing for us and hasn't since 2009. Thanks!
