Real Estate Admin Assistant + Cold Calling (Bonuses Available)

Hello, I am looking for a part-time assistant for 4 hours a day from Monday to Friday starting at 2pm to 5-6pm (Pacific Standard Time)
Your tasks will be to skiptrace numbers if needed, learn a script for Cold call, take incoming calls, make offers on houses as well as learning new systems. You must be self driven and be able to work and make choices on your own after learning our systems.
This is a starting position with room for you to grow inside this company.

This job pays by the hour and you will have a trial period of about 30 Days. During that trial period you will only get paid by the hour.
If you get a deal under contract you will also receive commission bonuses up to $1,000
