I was part of the BPO company for 4 years as customer service rep, inbound and outbound sales, collections and retention specialist. I had been also part of a Local Escalationn's Supervisor for more than 3 years wherein I handled 18 people, and currently working as a homebase manager. I am abe to organize and manage files, tasks, schedules, and information. I am proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars.
