I need to have the exact same functionalities (front and back) app of this Free Tool Bar ([login to view URL]) from scratch to be plublished in the marketplace in my Shopify partner account and have the open source code to make some improvements later, especialy to translate front-end to portuguese and other languages. I will pay only after the app is configured and published in my partner account. I just want to work with experienced Shopify app developers and I will give preference to ruby developers.
