EFOA is looking for a consultant to assist us with a project in West Africa (Nigeria & Ghana). The project would include preparation of a engagement strategy and technical and economic assessment of the situation in Nigeria with regards to the new fuel specification in the country. VAT number and previous experience in working in Nigeria on fuel specification issues is a must.
