Master Planning(CAD) for a school in Singapore

Please read this brief carefully.... I need an Architect with experience in Education/Institutional master plan, to work out this space planning brief from my client. The building is existing, and need only to occupy Level 1 and 2. The brief states only to use both levels, but not both buildings. The person designing the space need to calculate if all the requirements can fit within 1 building, or need to occupy the next building to fulfill the requirements. Below is the original brief from client: In the first phase, we will target to use the 1st storey and the 2nd storey. The requirements of the rooms are : Classrooms - 25 Auditorium - capacity 700 Sports Hall - standard Office : to seat 12 people Reception Library : 100 sq m ICT lab : 100 sq m Design Lab : 50 sq m Science Labs : 150 sq m Canteen : standard Need to plan for 30 bus traffic and parking at a time. We need to show adequate space for buses to queue up inside rather than on the road. The entrance to the school will be from the rear side (app to the factory). Refer to the PDF tender documents for the site photos, the site plan and the building plans. CAD file only have both buildings, not the center portion, will be provided to the selected freelancer.
