I need a very creative 3D architectural design for a single level house [architectural experience needed, not just 3D modeling]. I have attached a PDF document of a floor plan to go off of as well as 4 other attachments showing the desired floor plan modifications, elevation style and roofing style. Please feel free to improvise as desired but be creative. The final deliverables should include ready to use 2D blueprints as well as interoperable 3D file types that can be opened/viewed and edited in 3DS Max, Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup and other 3D software. They may include but not limited to: .max (3ds Max), .obj (multi format), .dwg (AutoCAD) MAX BUDGET OF $150 IS FIRM. DON’T BID IF QUOTING HIGHER. BIDS MORE THAN $150 WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DISQUALIFIED
