[PYTHON/ PROLOG] Estimation function creation algorithm for General Game Player (2 versions)

Dear Freelancers, I hope you are all fine. I will need one or more expert(s) in python and/ or prolog to implement some algorithm based on some paper. We have 2-3 weeks for this. SPECIFICS: General Game Player (GGP) is a programming mechanism that is capable of playing any game (usually 2 players, zero sum) with only its rules. GGP is able by these rules to extract information about the strategy of the game which is not obvious from the outset. This ATTACHED PAPER deals with the implementation of a well-known algorithm. REQUIREMENT: 1. We will need you to implement the position estimation function in two programming languages, Python and Prolog (two versions) with comments wherever needed. 2. Write a report including a. introduction b. code flow c. implementation comments and differences between the two languages d. testing and results 5. conclusions IDEAL CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate will be able to implement on both python and prolog and has a proficient use of English language, BUT you can bid only for prolog or python also.
