Hi, Here are project details: Bash or Python script for ping check of IP list ( 6-7 IPs), for check is IP rechable. This should be checked through proxy connection for geolocation checking. If IP is not rechable, then it should issue action.

Hello, I would make a small bash script for this, not very complicated. It would ping all IP addresses, check if they are reachable and alarm you if some IP address from the list isn't reachable. Please contact me for more details.

Hi there, I have over 10 years of work experience with Linux and networking. You can't actually do this as ICMP is not set to work over proxy as ping needs a direct network connection on the IP level to do its work. A proxy works on a higher layer of the TCP/IP network model, where there is no direct access to the IP protocol. If what you need is to do an HTTP request I am able to do that. Ping me and I will, cheers mate.
