Creating Goal Seek Function in Python (or similar language)

Hi, We need someone to replicate a little project we have in our Excel sheets. We basically have one big macro which involves scraping simple data table from the online webpage ([login to view URL]) and "translating" it with goal-seek function and matrix data table (containing Poisson) in Excel. We first scrape around 200-300 entries for each event (football match), and then each entry for every game is analyzed with Goal-Seek and finally goal-seek solution is printed to Excel row below row (for each entry and every game). The problem is, finding solution for one entry with Goal Seek in Excel takes around 3 seconds and multiplied by 200-300 entries it makes macro incredibly slow, not to mention that doing that for hundred of events (football games) can take few hours (as VBA doesn't support multithreading so before switching to entry for example 59 out of 200, entry 58 out of 200 has to be solved first.) To sum up, we are looking for someone who can reproduce this project in environment which supports hyperthreading (so instead of "solving" 200 events one by one, we solve them all at the same time with goal-seek function intemplented into Python or other programming language (so it takes up to 10 instead of 600 seconds to solve all 200 events). Scraping data should be also done by the same script. We should also have an option of printing all results to Excel file (but we are open for other ideas like sending results to external webpage which we can access for example from Excel) Budget for this project is 150-200 USD
