Build web app for youtube downloader

We are developing our audio streaming application, we have a large audio content which is being converted manually from YouTube video into audio by mediahuman YouTube to MP3 PC app, we contacted the developer they don't have the ability to help us we are looking for a restricted access website for our team that can convert the YouTube videos of the channels that we are following (we already got the publishers agreement to convert their videos into audios) into audio from digitalocean droplets or docker into Amazon Web service S3, because our team they are doing the job manually now by downloading the videos into audios and then uploading it again into our application and this takes lot of time we are looking for web based app which will save our team time app to track the youtube channels which we are following and which videos were downloaded from these channels and which videos are new admins to add channels to the app to be tracked and checked regularly for new videos track downloads from these channels so you can check which ones were downloaded admins to access the same data in their dashboards web application that directly pushes the MP3 files to AWS S3 this is the list of features: - User authentication - Ability to set the AWS access token and secret key from the dashboard to upload the files directly to an S3 bucket - Ability to add channels and track their uploads - When a video is converted to MP3 and uploaded to AWS it will be marked as done - The channels will be checked daily or at any set interval for new videos - When users login they can see the channels and their newly uploaded videos and mark them for conversion to MP3 - The downloads will not be instant, they will be queued and processed and marked as done or retried if failed - Ability to add a proxy servers list to be able to mitigate the rate limits set by YouTube, because they will block you for multiple requests - Once the mp3 files are in our AWS S3, they should be arranged into their corresponding youtube channels and the track artwrok should be included also -we will go with 32kbps and 64kbps for each file The last feature is required because we will eventually get blocked for multiple downloads, and these proxy servers are not provided us, we need the ability to configure them.
