Project requirement is to build a hotel booking chat bot using google dialogue flow ([login to view URL]) and expedia affiliate network API ([login to view URL]). Chat bot should be able to ask users required info to search for hotel, as well as should allow user to subscribe to alerts for pricing and updates on the search. An agent should be able to 'hand off' the conversation if user asks for 'help', basic ML/AI learning needs to be implemented for storing common searches and requests from users. Ability for agents to handoff can be facilitated through native fb messenger protocol
