• Entry of Local Purchase Order (LPO): Preparation of purchase order as per the requirement with the approval of Manager. • Entry of Goods Receipt Note (GRN): Entry of physically received goods as per the invoice after confirming the concerned authority. • Entry of Purchase Returns (PR): Entry of Returned goods to the supplier as per the invoice. • Report Generation of sales, Goods returns, GRN etc. • Inform the stock status of Warehouse, retails store and other locations to concerned department. • Item creation of new product received from open market and from listed suppliers. • Stock adjustment, price change and offer creation with the approval of concerned authority. • Communicate all details regarding the Annual Stock Taking. • All the above mentioned are doing with the help of ‘ VISION’ (OWN SOFTWARE)
