I need a heating element to heat food (vegetables, rice, meat, anything homemade) from 20 to 75 degrees Celsius in less than 20 minutes, contained in a closed food-safe plastic or silicone rubber container (20cmx10cmx2cm) powered by a portable induction battery (power bank or similar). I need the full detailed specifications on the materials for all parts, connectivity, materials, heating elements, battery, thermostat and timer. High-level CAD design is available.

Hey, I'm a product designer/Mechanical Engineer. Upon looking at the project description, there are two ways of making this product whereas we design the exterior aesthetically and handing over this to the factory and they will take care of this (Quickest and efficient way) or we hire an electronics guy and design with him by making prototype PCB and stuff whereas we have a lot of flexibility but will be time-consuming.
