Write some software

I need you to develop or find some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Linux using PHP. Im looking for a simple 'gaming credit/economy' script to added onto a non-gaming website. I've been able to find full virtual economy platforms that a site can be built around, but I don't need all of that. What I want to achieve, is simply selling 'site credits' (ex. $100/1,000credits) that a user can then put a portion towards promoting one of their pages AND/OR gift any amount to a different page, to help promote it. From a 'virtual goods' perspective, there is only one product, which is 'promoting a page'. Other compatible areas would be... Payment processing, Display 'User total credits' amount & 'Add more credits' button and data box, on user's current dashboard, Display 'Page total credits' amount & 'Gift Credits to Page' button in a data box, on the page itself. And, to be able to transfer/gift credits from a user to any public page. (Note: Not from user to user. And users can't move or reallocate credits once they have been gifted.) I'm not sure how much of this falls into a single project, but this is what I'm looking for.
