Hi, I need someone who excels with skrollr and css animation. I've got a landing page (or one-page website) which I'm currently developing as a desktop version, I need someone to translate this (once it's finished) so it also works on tablet and mobile. I'm using this responsive theme: [login to view URL] which uses skrollr for parallax animation. I'm also incorporating css animation and would like the animation to restart when it falls into the active viewport, currently, it plays once and needs the page reloaded to play again. I'd like it to replay when the page is scrolled backward. If this is something you're able to do and if you have examples of previous work please add links in your proposals.
