I want a simple one page Word Press Plugin that will work on all major browsers.

The point of the Plugin is to Redirect a visitor to a new URL that will open with an animation (small square or dot in the center of their screen) to a full screen when the visitor on the Word Press site or Post moves their mouse toward the top of their screen in an attempt to click the back button or exit the site, or on a mobile device, when they attempt to leave the site via the back or home button. (Think about a small dot or square in the middle of the screen that expands to a full screen). The Redirected site will need to have a 30 second countdown timer with a “Pause Button” button located at the bottom of that new screen along with a phrase that says; “Warning this site will disappear forever in 30 seconds unless paused. The Plugin will need to open a new Tab whenever a visitor clicks on the Pause Button or any area of the Redirected site even if the Pause Button is not clicked and no timer when the Redirected site is opened. The timer box at the bottom of the screen needs to be a Blue Background an Black Text. (See Wire Frame Example) The user will have the ability to create multiple, Redirected URL’s, each with another “Bounce Name” they select and a Short Code that can be copied for each redirected URL that can be added to additional Word Press sites or posts. (See Wire Frame). The Plugin will need to have the ability to Edit or Delete the Redirected URL. The Plugin will need to have the ability for the Redirected site to be able to scroll down. The Plugin will need to have the ability to capture Cookies so the Redirected page will only be seen after a certain number of days, set by the user of the Plugin – to be clear, if the site is initially visited, the Redirect will not be seen for either; (0, 7, 10, 30) days (0 is for testing and would not set Cookies). The Plugin will need to track the number of times “each” of of the Redirected Websites were “Bounced” via a counter along with a counter reset button “Along” with a Totalizer that adds the total number of Redirects for each Short Code created. The Plugin will need to have a way to clear “it’s” Cookies (for testing purposes) The Plugin will will need to have a Help Button that when clicked, will have instructions on how to use the site and show any support email addresses. (I will supply that information upon the successful bid). Please see the attached Wire Frame Graphic that shows how I envision the Plugin. This is a simple project however only bid if you are a Full Stack, LAMP Developer and have experience with Word Press Plugins as I want this job to go quickly and smoothly. This Plugin exists in various forms already so using Library Files and open source to lower costs and speed up production is okay as well.
