Torrent Search Engine PHP Script

I need a Torrent Search script, which have following features: 1. Automatically search torrents from maximum possible (Minimum 15) public trackers and add it to my site. 2. Added torrent files can be hosted at another URL or Hosting itself (maybe we discuss this/you can check sample site 133). 3. Similar functionality like following example URLs but must be design not same: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 4. Must have an admin panel for manage ads block, users, torrents etc (maybe after checking example site you can implement more idea that not listed here.) 5. Functionality like "Lechers/Seeders" "Age" "Size" "Health" should be visible in a similar way as on the example websites. 6. Add Basic Profile feature. 7. Only logged in user able to give feedback (Fake (0) | Password (0) | Low quality (0) | Virus (0) 8. Must be able to quick index in google, Bing, Yandex etc search engine. (I will create webmaster tools account on each serach engine and submit sitemaps) Basically, I need a fully functional script that working same as sample site.
