This web app will provide the ability create, view, edit, and manage tickets used for broadcast transmissions reporting. It will need the ability to attach image files to the ticket created using standard formats such as JPGs, PNGs, etc. This app will also be responsible for keeping a record of company encoders, decoders, and all other hardware assets used to facilitate broadcast transmissions. This will l create a report populated with data such as, but not limited to, build number of the asset, asset tag, location of asset, customer in possession of the asset, etc. The web app will need to have login ability for admin and users and the option for password recovery. Admin will need the ability to create, delete, edit users, and add/revoke admin privileges to users as well as manage the reports mentioned above and manage the flow of data that gets entered into the above mentioned reports. Users will need the ability to create the above mentioned reports.
